Salary: $50,700.00 CAD - $84,500.00 CAD
 

The AMCS Disability Operations team is looking for an individual with a high focus on customer service to join their team as a Work Facilitation Specialist (WFS). 

**This is a work-from-home opportunity in Ontario – GTA/Southwest. Travelling around the home Province is required, so you must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall profitability of Group Disability by facilitating timely return-to-work for claimants

  • Communicate with stakeholders via telephone and email to arrange and facilitate ergonomic assessment and return-to-work meetings both virtually and in-person.

  • Work with Case Managers to effectively manage medical, non-medical and complex cases using a goal-oriented plan approved by the Case Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform ergonomic evaluations/work facilitation meetings

  • University degree in Kinesiology, Ergonomics, Psychology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Rehabilitation experience will be considered as an asset

  • Sound knowledge of occupational health issues, vocational rehabilitation, and disability insurance

  • Good understanding of medical terminology

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • PC skills - Windows, Word, and Excel

Salary range is expected to be between

$50,700.00 CAD - $84,500.00 CAD
