We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive our data and analytics roadmap. This Director-level role will help shape the strategic vision, lead business stakeholder engagement efforts, and establish an integrated change adoption framework across the Financial Crimes Unit. The successful candidate will bridge technical innovation with business outcomes and help position analytics as a core enabler of proactive and predictive security.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and ongoing refinement of multi-year strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and risk management objectives
Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, sequenced strategic milestones and value outcomes.
Partner with domain leaders (Fraud, Cybersecurity, Physical Security) to ensure roadmap integration reflects cross-pillar opportunities
Build and lead a structured change management framework to support adoption of new analytics capabilities and insights across security teams
Work closely with communications, training, and operational leaders to drive behavior change and business process alignment
Design metrics to measure adoption, usage, and impact of new tools and insights.
Serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders ensuring alignment between analytics use cases and business needs.
Create and deliver executive-level communications: strategy updates, quarterly leadership reports, and investment justifications
Influences how teams/groups work together.
Support the leadership teams in governance forums, helping prioritize and sequence analytics use cases for maximum impact.
Communicates abstract concepts in simple terms.
Fosters strong internal and external networks and works with and across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by championing new ways of using analytics to proactively mitigate risk.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, analytics, or risk domains
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise strategy planning, program road mapping, or complex transformation efforts
Proven success in building and leading stakeholder engagement models across business, risk, and technology teams
Understanding of financial crimes, fraud, cyber or operational risk concepts — cross-domain knowledge is highly valued
Exceptional communication skills, especially in preparing and delivering content for senior executives
Experience designing and executing change management or business adoption initiatives tied to data, analytics, or tech platforms
Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional programs in complex environments.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS preferred)
