Salary: $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Program Manager for our Culture and Engagement Center of Expertise. In this role, you will guide the design, implementation, and change management of Culture & Engagement programs, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives. You will coordinate and oversee programs to achieve excellence in quality and performance, while developing evaluation protocols for continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Culture & Engagement programs to support organizational goals.
  • Coordinate programs to ensure achievement of desired goals and outcomes.
  • Uphold organizational standards of excellence, quality, and performance.
  • Develop protocols for program assessment, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Collaborate with program sponsors, cross-functional HR & Communications teams, and the Global Culture & Engagement Center of Expertise through all program phases.
  • Plan and develop program scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines for strategic initiatives, including managing translations and coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • Act as program subject matter expert which requires end-to-end comprehension and accountability for the Culture & Engagement programs aligned to understanding of policy/process to answer questions from HRPs, AskHR escalations, etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including inquiries, contract management and day-to-day operational elements for Culture & Engagement programs.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across multiple programs within the department and develop strategies to address them.
  • Analyze program risks, produce reports, and present findings to management and partners.
  • Enhance employee experience through process improvements, automation, and the application of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
  • Generate reports to enable evidence-based decision-making by the CoE & Global HR and Communications.
  • Utilize data and measurement tools to evaluate the impact of projects/programs on business outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, HR data privacy, and other global enterprise policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with geographically and culturally diverse colleagues, supporting global partners across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a change agent, driving the organization toward its future vision.
  • Foster relationships of trust with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve shared goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of growing responsibility in HR, consulting, business strategy, or financial services.
  • Strong project and program management skills; excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Experience with data analytics and proficiency in Excel for analyzing large data sets.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing, collaborative environments.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-starter and team player with strong initiative and work ethic.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven leadership and partnership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and advanced Teams functionality.
  • Experience with PowerBI and other analytical project management tools is an asset.
  • Skills in proposal writing and contract development.
  • Expertise in presentation design and development.

Working Arrangement

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
