Join our Global Wealth Management Technology Team!

Our Senior Product Delivery Analyst collaborates with our technical and business teams to improve and enhance our product and services by gathering and analyzing data related to customer needs and business objectives. Maintains a deep understanding of both the product and its target market and collaborates with multi-functional teams to identify requirements, define product features, and prioritize development efforts.

Position Responsibilities:

Product Integration and Optimization: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for portfolio management platforms such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, and eFront within the Manulife ecosystem, with a particular focus on back-office systems, accounting, and performance applications related to Private Markets.

Product Expertise and Support: Guide and support in the implementation and maintenance of integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance, and minimizing disruption to trading activities.

Requirements and Solution Design: Collaborate with business partners and technical members to capture and analyze requirements, translating them into effective product specifications and integration solutions that align with business objectives.

Architecture and Design: Contribute to the solutioning, ensuring they meet product scalability, security, and compliance standards, and leverage Private Markets experience.

Product Development and Improvement: Participate in the full product lifecycle, from design and development to testing, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications, focusing on improving user experience and product performance.

User Interface and Logic Design: Design intuitive end-user interfaces, databases, APIs, and server-side logic to maintain and improve both front and back-end components of web applications.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive tests and analyses to ensure software products meet or exceed standards and user requirements, developing detailed system design specifications as a guide for product development.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: Engage in peer reviews and collaborative sessions to foster continuous learning and improvement, sharing skills and methods with team members to enhance product development processes.

Communication and Problem Solving: Use strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage complex product challenges, effectively articulating technical visions and outcomes to collaborators.

Emerging Technologies and Trends: Experiment with and understand emerging technologies to anticipate their impact on future product developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years+ of product management within financial services, wealth management, or Fintech.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, technical engineering or related field.

  • Deep knowledge of financial markets including trading strategies, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

  • Solid project management and delivery experience 

  • Prior experience in software engineering is preferred.

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
