We're actively hiring for our client who are in need of an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team ASAP. Perfect person for this role has experience assisting multiple senior staff. Responsibilities: Supporting multiple members of the leadership team Complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, and booking travel Writing, reviewing, and proofreading correspondence Organizing high level meetings and event planning Putting together agendas, taking minutes, and assisting with presentations Processing expense reports Running reports Requirements: 7+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant for multiple leadership members at a time Strong working knowledge of MS Office Available to start immediately if hired Post-secondary completion in relevant field preferred Experience handling large amounts of data and formatting Experience handling complex travel booking including coordinating visas and accommodations Soft skills: Capable of working in fast paced environments with changing priorities Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written High level of professionalism What's in it for you: Contract to permanent opportunity (2-month probationary period) $80K salary once hired permanently Monday to Friday, full time in office Location: Toronto
