This full time permanent position is the right hand of the Controller and looks after the day to day accounting tasks. A typical day: Bank deposits Payables and Receivables Management Payroll Processing Monthly Processing and Accounting including reconciliations, month end reporting Office Management including maintaining filing system, ordering office supplies, answer and direct phone calls, open and close office Successful candidates will have: 2-3 years Canadian bookkeeping experience Must have vehicle and valid driver's license to faciliate bank deposits Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal Knowledge of SAGE 50 Property/real estate management an asset Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Total rewards: $60000.00 - $62000.00 annually Benefits after 3 months Health Spending Account after 6 months Group RRSP after 1 year 2 weeks vacation to start Free parking Weekly lunches
