We are seeking an experienced Digital Platform Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale, customer-facing digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of hands-on project management experience, particularly in Agile environments, with a proven ability to manage budgets of $5–10 million and deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital platform projects with a strong focus on customer experience and business value.
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams through planning, execution, and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Own project financials — including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking — and produce clear, executive-level reports on progress, risks, and ROI.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Drive communication across stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-focused updates.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital platforms.
• Proven success delivering customer-facing digital products in Agile settings.
• Experience managing complex project budgets between $5–10 million.
• Strong financial acumen, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project governance.
