We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) supporting multiple enterprise-level projects. This role will guide architectural planning and solution delivery aligned with industry best practices and organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain enterprise system architecture and technology blueprints.

• Align architecture strategies with organizational goals and IT roadmaps.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence technical direction.

• Provide mentorship to development teams and advocate for the adoption of new technologies.

• Ensure adherence to IT standards, governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead risk management and contingency planning for enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

• 5+ years’ experience in technical architecture and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Experience in utilities or public sector projects is preferred.

• Certifications such as TOGAF are strong assets.

• Familiarity with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect).

• ITIL knowledge is considered an asset.
