Agilus is currently looking for Administrative, Data Entry, Secretary, Clerical roles and other personnel in the Halifax area for a multitude of Government contracts. How you will make an impact: Inbound and face to face inquiries Invoicing and preparing expense claims Data entry (numerical and alphabetical) Preparing and filing correspondence Process and intake daily mail Scheduling, planning and coordinating Other administrative duties as needed The successful candidate brings: 3+ years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of training and experience Any previous work with the provincial government would be an asset Prior work in a public sector environment an asset Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Able to work alone and in group settings What's in it for you: Monday - Friday work weeks Paid Weekly, 4% Vacation pay on every pay Contract roles with opportunity for extensions Pay range depending on role, ($16-$18 & up) We want to connect with you!
