We're looking for a CSR to join a fantastic team in Markham with our client. Perfect person for this role has customer service experience, is looking for a long term opportunity, and has a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Processing and organizing customer quotations and entering orders Managing order status Handling credits and return goods authorizations Providing customer service Answering incoming calls and emails from customers Updating the database Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial Fluency with MS Office, JDE, Oracle Outstanding communication skills What's in it for you: $25/hour 12-month contract Located: Markham Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Work model: full time in-office during training period, and then hybrid going forward Ready!
