Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and execute well servicing operations including snubbing, coil tubing, slickline, and service rigs.
Evaluate project economics to optimize production and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot well and facility issues, including artificial lift systems and SCADA.
Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards across all field activities.
Collaborate with field supervisors and vendors to support safe and efficient operations.
Promote continuous improvement and investigate new technologies for well servicing.
Conduct regular field visits to support safety culture and identify operational improvements.
Lead post-operation lookbacks to share lessons learned and enhance future performance.
Successful candidates will have:
Minimum 4 years of experience in well servicing, subsurface operations, or production engineering.
Degree or diploma in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of horizontal well operations, wellbore construction, and completion techniques.
Proficient in writing and executing subsurface operation programs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Familiarity with BC regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Experience with service rig, coil tubing, and wireline operations.
Exposure to drilling, completions, or development engineering is an asset.
