On behalf of our non for profit client, we are actively recruiting professionals who are looking for meaningful work! We’re seeking highly organized and adaptable HR Coordinators to join a remote, Full-Time, 1 months contract with a possibility of extension.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring excellent coordination and communication skills.

Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $28.33/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Support field teams with onboarding and HR coordination for emergency response personnel
• Conduct virtual meetings and orientations as needed
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity while managing multiple systems and tools
• Conduct regular follow up and check ins with multiple team from HR standpoint

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience or combination of HR education and CSR experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
• Strong tech skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work across multiple platforms and windows
• High-speed internet and access to own computer (PC or Mac) with a functioning webcam; dual screens are an asset
• Ability to manage shifting priorities 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer empathetic and effective support

Work Schedule:

• Typical hours: 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM
• 5 working days between Monday AND Sunday (flexibility to work on the weekends and statutory holidays is required)
