We are looking for a technically proficient Business Development professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead strategic client engagements and contribute to expansion of existing portfolio. Agilus is recruiting for a Digital Solutions Business Development Executive in the Security Technology industry in Markham, Ontario. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into compelling digital solutions. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will work closely with technical architects, product teams, and executive leadership to position cutting-edge digital offerings to enterprise clients across industries. A typical day: Spearhead the formulation and implementation of a scalable digital business development strategy Identify and engage with mid-to-large enterprise prospects to generate new business opportunities Develop customized scalable digital offerings and conduct research and competitive analysis Observe and document market trends, competitor actions, and new technologies within the digital sales environment. Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Transformation, and other key decision-makers. Participate in the key industry events both in the private and public sector Successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in business development, digital consulting, or technical sales within IT services, SaaS or digital platforms Solid understanding of enterprise architecture of digital technologies (API-first design, microservices, containerization, DevOps, CI/CD) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Expeirence selling to C-suite stakeholders with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments Strong analytical, negotiation and strategic planning skills Experience in payments/identifications will be an asset French language skills is an asset Total rewards: Immediate Permanent Position Salary: 100K - $120K based on experience Lucrative bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package RRSP and wellness programs Car allowance and gas card 3 weeks vacation Postive corporate culture within very stable organization Let's connect!
