As a key player in developing and executing the pricing strategy for Segregated Funds, you will contribute to our goal of dominating the Segregated Fund market and expanding our Fixed Income solutions to meet customers' evolving needs. Position Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the Segregated Funds pricing model, including actuarial assumptions for profitability, reserves, and capital projections.
• Conduct financial analyses and provide data-driven recommendations on financial and non-financial initiatives.
• Ensure products and business initiatives meet profitability and risk goals per Corporate Pricing Standards.
• Provide pricing support and develop business cases for strategic projects and investments.
• Prepare and present Product Proposal Outlines and Product Pricing Reports for risk assessments and product launches.

Required Qualifications:

• Actuarial designation (FSA, FCIA) with 3+ years of relevant experience in progressive actuarial roles.
• Strong technical skills in actuarial modeling (Pathwise/AXIS), assumption development, reserving, and capital requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Segregated Fund products, IFRS17, LICAT, hedging, taxation, and financial markets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex actuarial concepts clearly.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Results-oriented and adept at managing expectations and meeting tight deadlines.
• Growth mindset and lifelong learner with a desire to challenge the status quo.
