Drive end-to-end innovation. Gain early access to Oracle innovations through our unparalleled program of collaboration.  Accenture is Oracle’s #1 systems integrator globally for 12 years running and a proud Global Cloud Elite and Platinum-Level member of the Oracle Partner Network.

Lead the Journey to Cloud. Define and implement Oracle Cloud solutions on large, complex client projects with a scope unsurpassed in the industry.

Deliver award-winning work. Accenture has won more than 145 Oracle awards since 2003—more than any other systems integrator.

You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. And you’re up for traveling to client sites whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Talent Management, and Learning.

  • Facilitate and lead client demonstrations and workshops to showcase solutions, gather requirements, and drive engagement.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Talent Review, Goals, Performance, Learning Management, and Compensation.

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.

  • Participate in release management, system upgrades, and patch testing.

  • Work with Oracle support for SRs and enhancement requests.

  • Support integrations with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting tools).
