In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and efficiency of the organization's Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This includes managing digital assets, ensuring security and accessibility, and supporting effective use across the enterprise. You will also play a key role in enhancing and automating DevOps processes, improving code delivery, and integrating internal systems with SaaS platforms like AEM.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital assets in AEM, ensuring proper metadata, naming conventions, taxonomy, and folder structures. Conduct regular audits to remove outdated content.
Workflow & System Optimization: Design and manage workflows for asset ingestion, tagging, and access control. Monitor platform health and perform routine maintenance, including DAM cleanups and system audits.
Code Releases & Technical Oversight: Execute AEM code releases, set up CI/CD pipelines, and ensure platform compatibility with updates. Act as the main point of contact for AEM technical issues and coordinate with Adobe support.
Integration & Collaboration: Manage AEM integrations with Adobe and third-party tools. Work closely with marketing, creative, HR, and content teams to support asset use across departments.
User Support & Training: Provision and manage user access, provide training, and create user guides. Serve as the go-to expert for AEM-related support.
Security & Compliance: Manage permissions, access controls, and ensure compliance through audits and governance practices.
Experience in the Financial Services industry is required.
Deep knowledge of AEM, including DAM, Sites, and Cloud Manager.
Understanding of metadata standards and asset workflow best practices.
Proven ability to manage large-scale digital asset libraries.
Experience integrating AEM with Adobe and third-party tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTL, JSP, Sling Models, and JCR.
Skilled with version control tools.
Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in technology or business is preferred.
