Here’s the scoop - Summary

We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Global Brand Experience Manager to support in the development of global strategic playbooks and frameworks for shopper marketing and brand experience initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining sampling strategy, couponing guidelines, event guidelines, branded merchandise guidelines, shopper marketing framework, and corporate COOP policy and process. The Global Brand Experience Manager will focus on building clear, scalable strategies that empower regional marketing teams to execute effectively.

Ultimately, this role delivers to our compelling purpose – “better world for pets”.

What a typical day looks like

  • Develop and own the sampling strategy, working closely with operations and regional teams on annual planning cycle.
  • Establish couponing guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer engagement goals.
  • Develop retailer show guidelines, providing a clear framework for regional teams to create consistent and impactful branded retail experiences.
  • Create and maintain branded merchandise guidelines and approval processes, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Develop customer creative guidelines that align with overall brand strategy and provide clear direction for marketing assets.
  • Build a framework for shopper marketing that categorizes customers and defines the appropriate levels of marketing support.
  • Lead the development and management of the corporate COOP policy and process with Finance, ensuring clarity and consistency across regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, MS&D, and Sales) to ensure seamless alignment and handoff of strategies.
  • Monitor and assess brand experience initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance shopper marketing and brand experience strategies.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, brand experience, or customer engagement strategy.
  • Experience developing playbooks, guidelines, or strategic marketing frameworks for customer engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across operations, creative, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

      US: $65,000 - $80,000 USD annual salary, annual bonus eligibility, and 401k with company matching.
      Canada: $70,000 - $85,000 CAD annual salary
    , annual bonus eligibility, and RRSP with company matching.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
