Location: Burlington, with travel across the United States
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Project Manager(s)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with proven experience in commercial construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project management activities across multiple job sites, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a flexible individual who is comfortable with travel to the United States and owns a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support project planning, scheduling, and execution for commercial construction projects.

  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and tracking project deliverables.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes.

  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, vendors, and field teams.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

  • Travel to job sites across the United States as needed to support on-site activities and monitor progress.

  • Conduct site visits, assist in progress inspections, and support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documents, and terminology.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).

  • Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S.
