We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead engagement efforts for prescribers and clinicians as part of our clients in New Brunswick’s province-wide Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation initiative. This role focuses on building readiness, understanding impacts, and driving adoption of standardized clinical practices and digital health tools across the province.
You will be a key leader in planning and executing change management strategies, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with executive stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability of clinical transformation.
Design and implement comprehensive change management and engagement strategies targeting prescribers and clinicians.
Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, HR, Communications, and program leadership to build readiness across the healthcare network.
Lead planning and coordination of stakeholder engagement events, including agendas, content development, and bilingual communication.
Collect and assess change impacts specific to clinical documentation and workflows.
Use JIRA to plan, track, and manage tasks and deliverables.
Analyze feedback and readiness survey results, adapting tactics as needed to support adoption.
Oversee the daily work of team members supporting clinician engagement (as team scales).
Support risk mitigation and issue resolution in partnership with the Change Management and Communications Lead.
Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to align communications, training, and engagement efforts.
Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior-level change management roles in healthcare environments.
Proven experience leading changes related to clinical documentation, workflow, or healthcare technology (e.g., EHRs, CIS).
Availability to begin work by June 2, 2025.
5+ years of experience delivering clinical transformation initiatives, particularly those involving digital health technologies and complex stakeholder dynamics.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage healthcare providers in workshop and training settings.
Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) – highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Zoom, and JIRA.
Formal training or certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
