We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analysts to support a major HR Digital Transformation initiative for a large public-sector organization. This long-term engagement will play a critical role in the modernization and implementation of a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS), replacing legacy systems and improving workforce operations enterprise-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead current and future state business process analysis for HRMS transformation
Document business, data, and integration/interface requirements
Conduct fit-gap and feasibility analysis across multiple departments
Collaborate with business and technical teams to support solution design and implementation
Support RFP preparation, testing, deployment, and change management activities
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and report preparation
Key Deliverables:
Current and Future State Process Documentation
Requirements Traceability Matrix
Fit-Gap Analysis Reports
Study Recommendations and RFP Support
Configuration, Testing, and Deployment Plans
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement
Proven experience with complex HRMS implementation projects
Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; CBAP/CCBA considered an asset
Experience with MS Visio, Excel, and SharePoint required
Preferred Experience:
Multi-organization HRMS deployments within a large enterprise
Integration with systems via APIs, web services, or file transfer tools
Understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits, and recruitment
