Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist/Order Entry-Term in the manufacturing sector in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This position is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension or transition into a full-time role. A typical day: Answer and transfer incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Greet visitors and manage front door access, ensuring a professional first impression. Coordinate meeting preparations, including escorting guests and notifying internal staff upon arrival. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining smooth communication. Process RFQs by reviewing incoming emails and verifying quantity details in the ERP system. Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete daily tasks and support operations. Successful candidates will have: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone and in-person presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with ERP systems (preferred), with the ability to review and verify order data. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong customer service mindset.
