The role of IM/IT Business Analysis Manager focuses on leading the Business Analysts and providing essential services to projects and divisions. This includes establishing tools, governance, and methodologies to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business objectives. The manager is responsible for developing a roadmap for the Business Analyst service, evaluating business and technical requirements, and creating IM/IT solutions. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the usability, scalability, and reliability of software and hardware, liaising with architects and development teams, and presenting feasibility studies and business cases. The manager also collaborates on system designs and project plans, reviews application usability, assists with testing plans to ensure requirements traceability.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field AND several years of experience in an IM/IT related environment

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
