We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex IT and business transformation initiatives within a public sector environment. This high-impact role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in program delivery, cross-functional team management, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise platform implementations—particularly Salesforce and ITSM systems.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Valid PMP Certification – Proof of certification must be submitted with the application.

• 10+ years in senior management roles with direct performance management, governance oversight, and risk management responsibilities.

• Must include at least one public sector experience.

• 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects involving technology, business process, and organizational change.

• 3+ years implementing Salesforce CRM across multiple projects.

• 1+ year experience developing and evaluating RFPs for IT solutions.

• 1+ year working in a healthcare setting implementing ITSM systems and practices.

• 5+ years in a leadership role working directly with executive leadership teams.

• Demonstrated superior communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
