Oracle APEX Developer 

Location: Onsite – Ottawa, ON
Duration: 1 Year (with 4 optional renewal periods)
Security Clearance: Secret

Overview:
Altis Technology is seeking an Oracle APEX Developer for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients. 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop responsive web apps using Oracle APEX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Design and optimize relational databases and PL/SQL queries

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for key decision-makers

• Conduct full-cycle development: requirements, coding, testing, documentation

• Mentor junior developers and ensure high-quality deliverables

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a senior application developer (web + dashboards)

• At least 6 months recent experience using Oracle APEX, SQL, and Tableau

• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and database modeling expertise

• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable applications

• Excellent documentation and team collaboration skills

Mandatory Requirements:

• Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Application Developer (web apps & dashboards)

  • Experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, and Tableau in the last 4 years (6+ months)

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to work onsite full-time
