Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.  

Inside Sales Account Representative 

  • Onboarding & Strategic Planning: Guide new partners through seamless onboarding and develop tailored advertising strategies aligned with their business goals, setting the foundation for successful partnerships.
  • Account Management & Growth: Deepen engagement with existing partners by identifying growth opportunities, applying actionable insights, and driving improvements in campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC.
  • Consultative Selling: Foster strong, consultative relationships by understanding partner needs and delivering effective solutions. Apply persuasive sales skills to address objections and ensure mutual success.
  • KPI Achievement: Focus to consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs across input and output metrics, contributing to overall performance and success.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage a sales pipeline to ensure prompt and accurate follow-up on all opportunities.
  • Revenue Prediction & Management: Collaborate with internal teams to accurately predict and manage revenue streams, utilizing strategic analyses to guide financial optimization.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Sharing: Analyze campaign and market data to extract actionable insights, translating these findings into strategic recommendations to benefit business efforts.
  • Collaborative Team Operations: Work closely with internal teams and leadership to align on strategy, close operational gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing learnings and best practices.
