Join our Global Technology Strategy team!
Reporting to the VP of Global Technology Strategy, the Director, Strategy Enablement plays a critical role in driving strategic plans by working closely with executives within the Global Technology team, including the Global CIO, segment CIOs, and partner executives. This role involves effectively communicating strategic priorities, achieving progress, and leading several strategic global events on behalf of the team.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, including coordinating regular leadership meetings.
Communications Hub: Act as the central communication point across various departments and teams, collaborating with global Finance, Corporate Communications, HR, and Strategy leads across segments and functions to ensure alignment on key messages and priorities.
Lead the Strategic Operating Cycle: Organize and lead global strategy events, such as global town halls, quarterly interlock planning, monthly operating reviews, and other strategic projects as needed.
Program Lead: Oversee the annual operating offsite and serve as the program lead for the annual Extended Leadership Team offsite (XLT).

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years + of experience in strategy enablement.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicating effectively with C-Suite and executive audiences.
Creative approach with the ability to innovate solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration tools/platforms, data analysis and document presentation.

Salary range is expected to be between
$110,530.00 CAD - $205,270.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
