Are you a seasoned ERP Project Manager ready to lead complex enterprise initiatives in a high-impact role?
Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager - ERP in the retail industry in a hybrid work environment in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
We're looking for a senior-level Project Manager who knows ERP inside and out - someone who’s led complex system rollouts, migrations, and integrations and can keep large, fast-moving projects on track. This is a hands-on contract role where you'll be steering enterprise-scale initiatives with real business impact. You’ll need to be just as comfortable talking timelines and budgets as you are translating between technical teams and business stakeholders. If you're a confident communicator and a strategic thinker who thrives in high-stakes environments, this could be a great fit.
You will:
Lead end-to-end ERP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and potential roadblocks, especially downstream impacts and cross-functional dependencies that could delay delivery
Work closely with Agile development teams to drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment
Manage cross-functional teams including technical developers, business analysts, and external vendors
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
Ensure data integrity and system performance throughout migration and integration phases
You bring:
10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) - experience in retail or manufacturing environments is an asset
Demonstrated success in ERP implementations, migrations, and integrations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong soft skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams; proven experience working with non-technical stakeholders is highly valued
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
MBA or equivalent business education is an asset
What's in it for you:
$85.00 - $100.00 hourly
Strong possibility of extension
You’ll be leading critical ERP projects that directly shape how the organization operates
Hybrid work model (2 days remote)
The organization prioritizes sustainability, aligning projects with environmental and social responsibility
