We are seeking a motivated and friendly Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and chat. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in customer support.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general support.
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
