Réceptionniste – Aucune expérience requise

Lieu : En présentiel, du lundi au jeudi (8h30 à 16h30) et le vendredi (8h30 à 12h00)
Heures : 35 heures/semaine
Salaire : 21 $/heure
Statut : Poste syndiqué
Date d’entrée : Dès que possible

Responsabilités principales :

  • Accueillir les membres, visiteurs et clients de manière professionnelle

  • Répondre aux appels, courriels et télécopies et les rediriger au besoin

  • Traiter le courrier sortant, y compris les chèques et la correspondance urgente

  • Saisir les données et maintenir le classement des dossiers à jour

  • Distribuer la correspondance entrante (demandes de remboursement, formulaires)

  • Apporter un soutien administratif général et participer à des projets spéciaux

Exigences :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires

  • Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)

  • Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches

  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en organisation

  • Connaissance de base de Microsoft Word, Excel (AS/400 est un atout)

  • Motivation à apprendre et à évoluer dans le poste

  • Possibilité d’effectuer des heures supplémentaires à l’occasion

Receptionist – No Experience Required

Location: On-site, Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) and Fridays (8:30AM-Noon).
Hours: 35 hours/week
Pay: $21/hour
Status: Unionized position
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, members, and visitors professionally

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and faxes

  • Process outgoing mail including cheques and overnight correspondence

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems

  • Distribute incoming correspondence (claims, forms) to appropriate departments

  • Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel; AS/400 is an asset)

  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

  • Overtime may be required occasionally

Compensation & Benefits:
