Accueillir les membres, visiteurs et clients de manière professionnelle
Répondre aux appels, courriels et télécopies et les rediriger au besoin
Traiter le courrier sortant, y compris les chèques et la correspondance urgente
Saisir les données et maintenir le classement des dossiers à jour
Distribuer la correspondance entrante (demandes de remboursement, formulaires)
Apporter un soutien administratif général et participer à des projets spéciaux
Diplôme d’études secondaires
Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)
Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches
Bonnes compétences en communication et en organisation
Connaissance de base de Microsoft Word, Excel (AS/400 est un atout)
Motivation à apprendre et à évoluer dans le poste

Location: On-site, Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) and Fridays (8:30AM-Noon).

Start Date: As soon as possible
Greet and assist clients, members, and visitors professionally
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and faxes
Process outgoing mail including cheques and overnight correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
Distribute incoming correspondence (claims, forms) to appropriate departments
Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed
High school diploma
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel; AS/400 is an asset)
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Overtime may be required occasionally
