The Naval Procurement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination, delivery, and evaluation of supplies and services for HMC Ships. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing financial requirements, serving as the supply account holder for Non-Public Funds (NPF) and Public assets, and coordinating supply delivery. Additionally, the Procurement Coordinator will collect, analyze, and prepare data and reports related to Naval procurement, while also researching and drafting procurement materials and correspondence.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline and some years of experience in asset management/administration or in a related field

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location. This may include working in a warehouse environment.
Perform heavy lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (i.e. 50lbs/23kg or more)
Sedentary work, primarily performed at a desk and/or in front of a computer screen.
Valid driver's licence and experience driving pickup or delivery trucks an asset.
