Our client is looking for a skilled Unit 4 Analyst to support the migration and optimization of their Finance ERP system (Unit4) to a SaaS platform, and assist with the implementation of new finance modules. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Project Management teams to gather and document system and business requirements.

• Analyze current finance processes and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.

• Support the ERP migration by developing user documentation, communication, and training materials.

• Develop test cases, coordinate user testing, and validate system functionality.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including reports on timelines, risks, and recommendations.

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions and system demos to Finance and management teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience in system implementation or large-scale changes.

• *Strong knowledge of Unit4 ERP core finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).*

• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.

• Experience working in complex IT/Finance environments.

• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with additional Unit4 tools/modules (FP&A, Commitments, Information Browsers).

• Background in accounting processes.
