We are looking for a Inside Sales Customer Support with excellent communication and technical skills Agilus is recruiting for an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry in Markham, Ontario. The Inside Sales Administrative Support will be responsible for handling customer calls and emails. A typical day: Process and organize customer quotations as well as enter customer orders Manage and maintain oversight of the status of quotes and orders throughout the entire process Precisely handle credits and Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) Identify, communicate, and assist in resolving areas of concern pertaining to data entry, system glitches, customer service issues, training needs, Ensure ready availability to customers, managing and processing a substantial volume of phone calls or emails promptly and efficiently Maintain comprehensive customer files and data, encompassing pricing details, contracts, profiles, and records of both open and closed customer orders and inquiries. Efficiently handle and arrange customer quotations and inquiries in accordance with departmental procedures and within specified timelines Perform any additional duties as required for the role, beyond those explicitly outlined here Successful candidates will have: Basic secondary education is required, but possessing post-secondary education would be preferred A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or inside sales role, preferably within the industrial sector Data entry and experience / proficiency with computer (JD Edwards, Oracle, MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel) Strong organizational and time management abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bilingualism in French would be considered an asset Outstanding customer service and relationship-building capabilities Total rewards: 12-month contract position Pay Rate: $25 Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Hybrid after full training Parking on site Payday every Friday!
