Senior Project Manager 

Contract: ASAP – March 31, 2026
Security Clearance: Secret
Location: Remote

Altis Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients. 

Must-Have Experience

  • 10+ years as a Project Manager 

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience across multiple teams

  • 3+ years leading complex IM/IT transformation projects in the last 5 years

  • Agile coaching, team assessments, executive stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in government or highly regulated environments

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills

  • Comfortable with organizational-level impediments, not just team-level

  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, RAID logs, metrics, and Agile ceremonies

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and team trust-building

Must have Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)

  • ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or CAPM (at least one required)
