Salary: Pay $21 per hour
 

The Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by ensuring that the security operations run smoothly while maintaining effective communication between team members. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident in their communication skills. Prior experience in Scheduling or a similar role is an asset, especially in a security or emergency services setting.

 

Position we are looking to fill

Monday–Friday 0800 -1600

  • Manage shift rotations in compliance with Labour laws
  • Love working with the frontline, providing clear, timely, and professional communication and feedback 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for different sites in the Saskatoon and Regina branches.
  •  Ensure all sites and zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.
  •  Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.
  •  Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all deadlines are met
  •  Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.
  • Attending to other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification

  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in business or related fields is an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in Scheduling and security operations will be considered an asset
  • Proactive, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use operational management (training will be provided).
