Summary

We’re building a new model for wholesale growth. The right fit is agile, creative, and thrives in collaborative environments. The team is seeking for a relationship builder, a problem solver, and a strong communicator with a bias for action.

You’ll work with top-tier partners based in the U.S. and Europe, helping expand their footprint in Canada through joint go-to-market plays, Account or Executive support, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partner‐led revenue by uncovering whitespace, expanding wallet share, and closing net-new logos with TSDs, MSPs, VARs and carriers
  • Lead co-selling motions, engage C-suite and cross-functional teams, and sustain pipeline momentum
  • Navigate complex scenarios by serving as the escalation path. Remove friction, and adapt strategies in real time for regulatory or operational roadblocks
  • Translate Wireline, Wireless, SD-WAN, IPVPN and Cloud Interconnect into clear value props; deliver targeted training and deal-support frameworks
  • Drive ongoing engagement by deploying digital enablement (virtual trainings, self-serve content), track partner readiness metrics, and iterate programs for sustained growth
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partner leaders, identify new opportunities, and align Bell resources to accelerate joint success

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in telecom or enterprise channel sales, strategic partner development, or ecosystem enablement.
  • Ability to lead co-selling motions and joint opportunity management.
  • Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Turn BI data into tactical action and sales opportunity.
  • Strong command of CRM, sales enablement tools, and virtual engagement platforms.
  • Able to guide conversations from need discovery to solution alignment.
  • Self-driven, responsive, and confident navigating ambiguity.
  • Comfortable engaging partner executives, sellers, and support teams alike.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
