Our client, a Non-Profit organization in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Gift Processing Coordinator for a four month contract position. This is a hybrid role that will require 3-4 days a week in-office. The role offers the chance to join a friendly team and work for a company that supports a great cause!

Roles and Responsibilities

-Process monthly donations while ensuring compliance with financial policies
-Respond to donor inquiries in a timely manner
-Assist with audit processes
-Reconciliation
-Support with financial reporting
-Documentation
-Maintain and update the internal database
-Ensure accuracy of gift data in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Support with process improvement
-Assist with updating documentation on organizational processes and procedures
-Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have 3 years of experience in gift processing or a related position
-Experience working with Raiser's Edge is strongly preferred
-Must have strong data analysis skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have excellent problem-solving skills
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must have strong client service skills
-Experience working in a Non-Profit is a strong asset
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
