Position Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day execution of Culture and Engagement programs by working closely with the various Program Leads, global stakeholders, vendors and business partners on planning and implementation of programs.
Act as producer and SME for the administration and management of virtual training and information sessions, including setting up virtual sessions and managing all technical aspects.
Manage end to end content translation and review for programs, tools/resources and initiatives by interacting with Design team, HR Shared Services and internal and/or external translation services/vendors.
Manage content updates by soliciting team for updates and program launch information; reviewing materials to ensure accuracy; performing ad hoc updates during off cycle reviews.
Conduct research and focus groups, coordinating, collecting data, formulating results and presentations.
Support inquiries related to Culture and Engagement programs.
Manage team meetings and Townhall planning, and work with team members to assign facilitators and prepare content.
Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations for improving quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in current processes and workflows
Perform internal testing, quality assurance, and other auditing functions to ensure the integrity of resource, tools and programs.
Document and maintain system and procedural documentation and training.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in managing and working on projects.
Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present issues and trends to management and recommend solutions to improve and simplify business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Effective time management skills. Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress; ability to perform effectively under competing and/or conflicting demands on time and self in a busy environment; skill and tact in dealing with others.
Demonstrates effective coping skills and an outward positive attitude toward work and change.
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and capable of making decisions based on developed skills and knowledge.
Ability to quickly comprehend business processes, identify risk implications, analyze complex situations, and make beneficial and practical recommendations.
Will work in global function as such flexibility is a must in interacting with teams across APAC, Europe, and the Americas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR programs would be an asset.
Knowledge management skills would be an asset.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Working Arrangement
Salary range is expected to be between
$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
