Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the Energy Industry in Edmonton, Alberta. A typical day: Calendar management, booking and scheduling meetings and appointment Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and meeting documents Assisting IT projects by tracking deadlines, facilitating communication, and preparing agendas. Data Entry Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, filing, and handling correspondence May be responsible for booking travel, arranging accommodations, and handling related expenses. Handling tasks like expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting. Successful candidates will have: Business Administration bachelor's degree, diploma or similar education Great written/spoken communication skills Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite SAP experience or similar software will be an asset Soft skills: Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills Adaptable and proactive Strong customer service skills High attention to detail and problem solving skills Total rewards: One year contract with a possibility of extension Pay Rate: $27 hourly Hybrid Work Schedule Great opportunity to work in a well recognize oil and gas company Weekly payment Location: Edmonton Let's connect!
