We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented BILINGUAL (FRENCH) Administrative Documentation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer and internal documentation processes related to lease and retail contracts, repossession, insurance, and account updates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to manage sensitive documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send customer-facing documents such as welcome letters, lien letters, release letters, and other communications as required.
Support the repossession process by issuing notices, preparing auction documentation, and coordinating paperwork for third-party partners including bailiffs and recovery agents.
Manage insurance-related administrative tasks, including processing requests, cancellations, and total loss claims. Prepare required forms and track progress to ensure timely resolution.
Create and distribute deficiency balance letters and track account updates as needed.
Ensure proper registration of all lease and retail contracts with the appropriate provincial registry in compliance with PPSA requirements. Update records as needed to reflect modifications.
Assist with administrative tasks related to lease transfers and refinancing, including preparing and processing the necessary documentation.
