Are you a senior administrative professional seeking a fresh challenge where you can make a positive impact in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act? If so, this could be the next role for you!
As FOIP Administrative Support, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and reviewing highly sensitive information, ensuring it is preserved in a confidential and structured manner. A keen attention to detail and organizational precision is crucial. The role operates independently within the FOIP framework, approved strategies, and initiatives, while providing quality assurance reviews and supporting the FOIP System. Additionally, this position coordinates and supports the document management process for FOIP general, personal, and routine requests, as well as federal and provincial consultations, to enhance compliance with the provincial FOIP Act and Records Management regulations.

Requirements:
Equivalency: Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of: one year of experience for one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.
