Salary: From 53,000 to 58,000 per Year
 

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the administration contracts and sales activities. This role plays a key part in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth logistics, processing financial documentation, and assisting the sales team with quotations, proposals, and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administer trade contracts including data entry, document preparation, and inventory management
  • Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure accurate posting to SAP accounting system
  • Coordinate with the traffic department on shipping/receiving timelines and contract compliance
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and marketing materials
  • Monitor supply and pricing trends; support cost reduction initiatives
  • Generate monthly reports 
  • Manage department office needs (e.g., courier services, office supplies)
  • Process credit line applications and secure timely approvals
  • Support the preparation and submission of internal corporate reports
  • Provide backup coverage for other administrative functions within the department

Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree or college diploma with equivalent training/experience
  • 2–5 years of general business experience
  • Inside sales support experience in the steel industry is considered an asset
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI), SAP, and other office systems
