Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to develop, configure, and maintain a Salesforce instance in support of the Departments initiative to request, receive, assess, award, and manage contracts. This is a REMOTE 6 month contract.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and configure fields, objects, and pages.

  • Create and modify reports and dashboards.

  • Perform administrative activities, including but not limited to user accounts, data and system security, and data imports.

  • Gather and analyze user stories and business cases to establish the technical feasibility for the development of platform design specifications.

  • Design methods and procedures for overall platform structure and sub-systems within.

  • Develop, test, and implement sprints and releases.

  • Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for cloud-based platform.

  • Triage, analyze, follow-up, and complete user-initiated support tickets for bugs and assistance.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
  • Experience with OmniScript/Vlocity, and Customer Community Portal
  • Salesforce Certification- Platform Developer OR Certified Administrator 

Education

A relevant Degree/Diploma is required
