Payroll and Benefits Administrator needed in Redwater for permanent opportunity! Agilus is recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator in the oil and gas sector in Redwater, Alberta. Our client in Redwater is looking to hire a permanent Payroll and Benefits Specialist for their team onsite. Perfect person for this role has experience with payroll and benefits administration, and is comfortable with a 9/80 schedule. Responsibilities: Payroll management for hourly/salary staff and administering benefits Handling payroll changes and submitting payroll transactions Answering any questions from staff regarding payroll and benefits Managing benefits renewals and changes Managing health and wellness initiatives Requirements: 5 years of experience with payrolls and benefits administration Must have a vehicle and a reliable way of getting to site daily Working experience with Dayforce, ADP, or Sage Experience working on wellness campaigns Creative mind, critical thinker, and numbers driven Post-secondary completion in relevant field Any union experience will be an asset Payroll designation is an asset Total rewards: Salary: $50-$65K (based on years of experience) Full benefits package from day one (health and dental care, RRSP) Monday to Friday full time onsite in Redwarer 9/80 schedule 7:30am to 5pm (extra day off every two weeks) 3 weeks vacation
