Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect with deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, financial systems, and cloud analytics platforms to lead the design and implementation of a next-generation data lake environment. This role will focus on unifying legacy and modern financial and HR systems, ensuring a scalable, secure, and AI-ready data platform that enables advanced analytics and enterprise-wide decision-making.

TOGAF certification is required, along with data-related credentials and a proven background in dimensional modeling, data integration, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a robust dimensional data model across systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EBS, HCM, and Workbrain.
  • Design and optimize fact and dimension tables, data marts, and calculated metrics in Azure Data Lake for analytical and operational reporting.
  • Lead ETL/ELT strategy and execution to integrate both historical and real-time data with scalability and performance in mind.
  • Implement data quality frameworks, lineage tracking, and validation rules to ensure auditability and compliance.
  • Develop metadata-driven architectures and standardized processes that enable self-service analytics and executive reporting.
  • Apply and enforce data governance policies, including RBAC, encryption, privacy standards, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, and IT to align architecture to business needs and long-term data strategy.
  • Drive readiness for AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and seamless Power BI integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • TOGAF certification is mandatory; additional data-related certifications strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on dimensional modeling and enterprise data integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion, and financial/HR systems like Oracle EBS, HCM, and Workbrain.
  • Hands-on expertise in Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and cloud analytics platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in ETL/ELT tools and scripting (SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Proven experience with data governance, lineage tracking, and metadata management.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and manage secure, compliant data environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working in large-scale finance environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML data pipelines.
  • Prior experience in environments requiring strict data governance and compliance.
  • Experience with financial systems like OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EBS and more.
