We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a SharePoint Advisor to join their team onsite for an upcoming contract until April 2026.

They are seeking a Bilingual SharePoint SME to support in optimizing business processes and tools by advising on best practices, leading the transition to SharePoint Online, and ensuring effective user training and system stabilization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Advise Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization’s ability to achieve business objectives;
  • Develop / implement an organizational improvement plan, strategy, policies and standards;
  • Collect and analyze information and present findings on complex issues, carry out or coordinate research as required and prepare reports;
  • Assess the organization’s capacity / capability to undertake and successfully deliver an initiative or a change;
  • Provide training on a variety of tools, roles, concepts, best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures;
  • Perform large-scale migrations of information from various sources, including SharePoint On-Premise, to SharePoint Online.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Secret Security Clearance
  2. Bilingual in French & English
  3. 5 years’ experience within the past 7 years designing, developing, supporting and maintaining complex solutions in MS 365 applications (to include MS Office Suite, MS Forms, SharePoint Online) and Power Platform (to include Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps).
  4. 7 years’ experience within the past 10 years designing, developing, migrating, supporting and maintaining SharePoint site collections.
