Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Order Management Systems (OMS) and replenishment processes within a dynamic supply chain environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in retail or distribution-based operations and will play a key role in enhancing inventory management, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination.

This position will focus specifically on the replenishment function and involves close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders in an agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current replenishment and OMS processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops, capturing detailed user stories and process flows.

• Work with JIRA and Confluence to manage documentation, user stories, and test case development.

• Support OMS implementations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and inventory platforms.

• Collaborate with QA and development teams during sprint cycles, including planning, testing, and UAT execution.

• Create process maps, workflows, and documentation using tools like MS Office and draw.io.

• Participate in pilot rollouts and change management initiatives to ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with direct exposure to OMS and replenishment workflows.

• Proven experience working in retail, distribution, or supply chain-focused environments.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office; ability to visualize processes using tools like draw.io.

• Strong knowledge of inventory allocation, order lifecycle management, and supply chain systems.

• Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).

• CBAP or similar business analysis certification.

• Experience in Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industries.
