• Brief and review the team on deportment, pass-on and foreseeable issues for the day. Revise process/duties for fire drill, removals or any other process
• Ensure site safety and all vulnerable points are continuously audited and delegate and deploy the team accordingly
• Assist Site Supervisor with training and onsite exams for new hires
• Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
• Providing excellent customer service to various tenants.
• Review reports with team daily through portal
• Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis.
• Coordinating day to day operations to the shift supervisor
• 1-3 years experience in security team lead or supervisor experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Valid Alberta Security license
• Must be able to work 2/2/3 0700-1900 rotational schedule
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional demeanor under very stressful situations.
• Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest
• Must have strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
• Building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
