We are seeking a Business System Analyst to work in a hybrid role for the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation team in Wealth Management Technology space. This person will contribute to the overall success of the enterprise vision. the BSA will support across all pillars within the strategic initiatives group. The candidate needs to be cross functional across the different responsibilities of the group and support in management reporting for executive presentations and other miscellaneous tasks.
Consult and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to better understand the technical intricacies of software applications.
Create business documentation for executive leadership reporting by building narratives around data.
Work with application SMEs and QA leads to support in program managing enterprise initiatives.
Be a key player in discussions around system architecture, application issues and vendor system interactions.
Support implementation of programs for enterprise initiatives and understand new emerging technologies to create business use cases for wealth management technology.
Be a liaison between the information technology team and the business units around metric reporting of technology infrastructure statuses.
Analyze data to identify trends, interdependencies among variables and be able to support in developing action plans and gaining agreement to solutions from all stakeholders.
Utilize Agile methodology to streamline work processes.
Flexibility to prioritize tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Have a strong business acumen with a post-secondary degree in information systems, computer science or business administration and/or have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a business systems analyst.
Previous experience in developing applications and/or QA testing with the ability to communicate functions and features.
Open minded, strong communication skills and comfortable with ambiguity.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to apply results of analysis.
Be digitally savvy with an inherent interest in technology, innovation, business transformation.
