Shape the future of public service delivery in Alberta by leading one of the government’s most ambitious modernization efforts. As Director, Motor Vehicles Modernization, you’ll drive the transformation of how millions of Albertans access vital motor vehicle services—streamlining outdated systems, reforming policy, and delivering enhanced, citizen-centered solutions. Your leadership will directly support the safe movement of people and goods, and exceptional service outcomes across the province.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Motor Vehicle Modernization within the Traffic Safety Services Division at TEC, you will lead the full-scale modernization of Alberta’s motor vehicle policy framework, the transformation of existing business models and service delivery channels and the replacement of 12 legacy technology applications. In partnership with Service Alberta Red Tape Reduction and Technology and Innovation, you will help shape a unified, efficient, and modern motor vehicle service environment.
