Agilus is recruiting for a Sr. Estimator (Mechanical) in the Mechanical services industry in Brampton, Ontario. We are looking for a Mechanical Estimator who will be responsible for the take off and lead letters on all size projects. This person will report to the President. Responsibilities: Read, interpret and analyze proposals, specifications and drawings and formulate a detailed estimate of project costs Have a good understanding of building design. Tasks include heating, cooling, ventilation, water and drainage loads Able to manage and close large and complex mechanical bid submissions Successful candidates will have: A post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience A minimum of 5+ years industry experience Experience responding to complex proposals Extensive knowledge of the Industry Hands on experience with using Auto Bid What's in it for you: Attractive Salary Full time in office - site visits when required Progressive workplace culture
